Common Questions
Do you clean occupied homes?
No. We only work on vacant properties: pre-listing, move-out, post-construction, and short-term rental turnovers once the guest has checked out.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We can often fit in same-week jobs for smaller homes. For larger homes, a few days' notice is usually best.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater Austin Area. Core service areas with no added fee: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and Leander. Extended service areas with a $10 flat fee: Dripping Springs, Kyle, Manor, Buda, Georgetown, and Lakeway. Reach out if you're not sure.
Do you provide a quote before the clean?
Yes. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, and you'll know it upfront.
What if the property needs more work than expected?
If we arrive and it's more work than expected, we'll reach out before moving forward with anything extra.
When is payment due?
Payment is due after the job is complete. We'll send an invoice once everything is done.
What types of payments do you accept?
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and Digital Wallets (ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal)
Do you do move-out cleanings?
Yes. We provide professional move-out cleaning for houses, condos, and apartments, as long as the property is vacant.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep cleaning service?
A standard clean covers all the expected surfaces, floors, fixtures, and appliance exteriors for a property in decent shape. A deep cleaning service goes further: inside appliances, grout detail, interior windows, closet interiors, and the areas that only get attention during a full top-to-bottom service. Our move-out clean is always deep cleaning scope.
Do you clean Airbnb's or short-term rentals?
Yes. Once your previous guest has checked out and the property is vacant, we come in and reset it for the next guest. We offer flat-rate Airbnb Turnover priced by bedroom count, making it easy to plan your cleaning fee around your nightly rate.
Do you offer commercial contracts?
